APPICATION CRITERIA

The sensor can be made synchronous with Shivam Control Systems make Batching Control panel, which in turn will

be responsible for controlling the Batching Process by accessing the Data provided by the moisture sensor in real

time and then logging the Data to a PC and generating the Report via PC Software

The new Moisture sensor for solids is indigenously developed and Made

in India by Shivam Control systems, Vadodara, Gujarat. The body of the

Sensor is Completely made of SS316 to avoid rusting in humid

atmosphere.

The main purpose of the sensor is to revolutionize the concrete industry

by analyzing the moisture of aggregate sand and varying the water

content according to the specific Mix design.

This will provide online moisture analysis with real-time data acquisition,

which in result will improve the quality of concrete mix. This will improve

the quality of finished product
